1 Introduction

Welcome to Beetibaji. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Beetibaji website, mobile application, and all related services ("Platform"). Beetibaji operates an online gaming and Sports Betting platform for users in Bangladesh.

By creating an account, logging in, or using Beetibaji in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using Beetibaji.

3 Account Rules

You are solely responsible for managing and securing your Beetibaji account. The following rules must be followed at all times:

• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify Beetibaji immediately.
• Always keep your registered email address and contact details up to date.
• Transferring, selling, or handing over your account to any other person is strictly prohibited.
• If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed along with their balances.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Beetibaji supports deposits and withdrawals via mobile banking, bank transfer, e-wallets, and other approved payment methods. The following rules apply to all payment transactions:

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made from an account registered in your own name and verified under your identity.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third-party account is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts may vary depending on the selected payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are processed after KYC verification has been completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings from a bonus.
• If suspicious activity is detected on any transaction, Beetibaji reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals until an investigation is complete.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

• Every bonus comes with wagering requirements (typically 10x to 30x).
• There is a set time limit for meeting wagering requirements.

6 Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, except where a cash-out option is available.
• Betting odds may change at any time — the odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake is generally refunded.
• Beetibaji reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds.
• Maximum bet amounts vary by event and market.
• Bets linked to match fixing or any form of fraud will be voided.

Beetibaji is not liable for bets not accepted due to delays or technical issues during live betting. In such cases, the stake will be refunded.

7 Fair Play Policy

Beetibaji is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for everyone. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, automated software, or scripts to play games.
• Colluding with other players to claim bonuses or rewards ("bonus busting").
• Exploiting any bug or vulnerability found in Beetibaji's systems.

If any such activity is detected, Beetibaji will immediately suspend the account in question and forfeit any associated funds. Law enforcement authorities may be notified if necessary.

• If service is disrupted due to force majeure events (war, natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).

12 Right to Amend
